Select this option for anything that is associated with a campaign. This includes campaign-related social posts, whitepapers, blogs, emails, infographics, videos, etc.

Event Requests >

Select this option for anything that is associated with an event. This includes event-related social posts, booths, pre/post-event emails, blogs, event landing pages, etc.

Content/Asset Requests >

Select this option for Blogs or Social (non-related to an event or campaign), or Client Stories

Sales Collateral Requests >

Select this option for product docs, product videos, solution one-pages, or assistance with decks.

Website Requests >

Select this option for updates/changes/issues (non-campaign/event/blog/client stories) on edg.io

Once in HubSpot: create a ticket, under Pipeline select Marketing Ops, then under Product/Marketing - Use Case select website content/landing pages and include a ticket description.

HubSpot Requests >

Select this option for HubSpot Reporting, Forms, etc.

Once in HubSpot create a ticket, under Pipeline select Marketing Ops, then under Product/Marketing - Use Case select analytics/reporting or campaign/form update, and include a ticket description.

PR Requests >

Select this option for all Media Relations inquiries, including PR Approvals/Requests, Media Interviews or Questionnaires, Quotes, Byline/Authored Articles

General Requests >

Select this option for items that are not related to any of the above (i.e. People Experience, Channel, etc.)
