Executive Officers

Stephen has nearly 30 years of global finance experience in the US and EMEA, and a proven track record of scaling businesses and building successful finance organizations in rapidly-growing technology companies. Stephen joined Edgio from network infrastructure company, Cambium Networks, where he was the CFO and took the company public in 2019. Before Cambium, Stephen was the CFO at privately-held SaaS company, Kenandy, Inc., which was successfully sold to Rootstock.

Stephen previously served as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance at Atmel Corporation, from 2008 to 2013. He was at Fairchild Semiconductor from 1997 to 2008 and held several senior executive positions including acting Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance where he was responsible for all Business Unit Finance, Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis, Manufacturing Finance, and Sales & Marketing Finance. Prior to Fairchild, he served in various financial management positions at National Semiconductor Corporation in the UK and Germany.

Stephen received a BSc. degree in Business from the University of Surrey, in the United Kingdom, and is a UK Chartered Management Accountant.
